PHILIP D. COLLINS

Mr. Collins was born and raised in Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison earning a B.A. degree in 1979. He graduated from the SMU School of Law obtaining a J.D. in 1983. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas since 1983 and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
